Well they kept that quiet. A source has told People magazine that Romeo and Juliet actress Claire Danes and fellow actor Hugh Dancy have already said 'I do' - no dress rumours, leaks about the venue - nothing, we feel kind of cheated! The couple revealed their engagement back in February and are said to have walked down the aisle in a quiet ceremony in France a few weeks ago. Felicitations!
Lady In Red
He might be known as 'Red Ken' but it was Ken Livingston's bride that was red this time - chosing a red halterneck fifties style dress for their nuptials at London Zoo at the weekend. Not to be outdone, the former mayor opted for a purple suit to match his new wife Emma Beal's purple heels. Hours before though Livingston went to work, presenting his radio show, telling listeners if he'd stayed at home he'd be 'winding people up'. Hopefully he wasn't winding anyone up when he said 'I do'.
A Perfect Caring Pairing
His father may be friends with Topshop tycoon Philip Green, but there was nothing high street about Ben Caring's wedding to advertising designer Elle Perfect this weekend. His billionaire father Richard, who owns Soho House among other things, pulled out all the stops: floating a ballroom over the ornamental lake in the grounds of their north London home, flying the Bolshoi Ballet from Russia to London for the entertainment, employing the entire Philharmonic orchestra, having starters of individual ice carvings of swans stuffed with beluga caviar and plenty of vintage Dom Perignon. Sigh, a girl can dream.
Shoe's Our Kind Of Girl
Loving Rachel Steven's quote this week: 'I wore a pair of four-inch, white satin peep-toes Christian Louboutins at my wedding. They're very sexy - and the blue insole meant they could be my something blue.' Now that's our kind of traditionalist!
