Happy Anniver-saaaaary Mr President
So they may not have had Marilyn Monroe to serenade them in breathy tones but that was probably just as well, as the Obamas celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary in low-key style. (See them on their wedding day, opposite) The couple stayed in all day before taking a motorcade (ok, not that low key but hard to plan a quiet dinner when you're US President) to an elegant but American-fare restaurant near Georgetown in Washington DC. Michelle opted for a backless black knee-length dress for the trip to the Blue Duck Tavern, while the President also kept it muted in a dark suit. No word on the present though - lets hope he remembered!

Take That And Party!
We all know what goes on tour, stays on tour, but is that not a great case for Robbie Williams re-joining Take That after he was spotted on Mark Owen's marathon stag trip to New York with his bandmates? No word on stag do misbehavings from the notorious party animal but he was spotted heading to the recording studio (work? On a stag do?) while the boys were in town staying at Soho House. Back for Good Rob?

Labour Of Love
After Ken Livingston set the trend last week it was another Labour Party wedding this weekend, with former Home Secretary David Blunkett saying 'I do' to family doctor Margaret Williams at Victoria Methodist Hall in Sheffield. The PM was on the guest list to see 62-year-old Blunkett shun party colours in a purple cravat, while his 50-year-old bride looked demure in a oyster pink below-the-knee dress and coat. Alcohol is banned at the Methodist Hall so afterwards it was tea and biccies to dunk to the new couple.

My Name Is... Mrs Singh
It was another 'I do' across the pond with My Name is Earl star Jamie Pressly walking down the aisle with entertainment lawyer Simran Singh. The actress is obviously a girl after our own heart, opting for a gorgeous Jenny Packham dress covered in more than 800,000 Swarovski crystals for the beachfront ceremony in Malibu. Dazzling!
