It's an arrangement of ranunculus in a quirky vase, created from a glass globe designed to cover outside lights (it's like having a cut-crystal vase but without the megabucks price tag). Admittedly, the globe's round bottom isn't ideal, but to counter this, you just need to create a soft base on the table for the globe to set in, using sand, sugar or the like.
