Just been on a fab hen weekend. It kicked off with what was meant to be a quad-biking trek, but due to a mix up with the booking and another group not turning up (hurrah), we ended up doing three activities: hovercrafts, Rage buggies - zippy little machines complete with roll cages - and quad bikes. It was cold, overcast and very muddy - but what fun! With the combination of nerves, poor control and mud - thick lumps of it flying at us from every angle - I haven't laughed so much in ages. When we were suitably dirty, we headed off to get scrubbed up for a girly night out. Like the idea of going from grubby to glamorous for your hen? Check out www.maxevents.co.uk. Take note: overalls not included.
