This week I checked out Zoe's Clark's new cake boutique; The Cake Parlour in Wimbledon Park. Known for her pretty pastel, almost 'too-good-to-eat' creations, Zoe's work is regularly featured in Brides Magazine and I'm delighted to hear that she now has somewhere to showcase her gorgeous cakes. Deliveries of Zoe's cakes to Brides HQ are always met with lots ooh's and ahh's, and I found myself doing the same when I stepped foot in this jewellery box of a shop. She offers one-to-one consultations for those after a bespoke wedding cake and over tea, will talk through ideas with you to get a sense of the perfect cake to suit your wedding style and setting. After the meeting, she will sketch a design and then turn this into reality for your Big Day. As well as classic tiered cakes, she can turn her hand to cupcakes, cookies, macaroons, cake pops and has just launched a Sweet Bar service too. If, however, you to like to be a little more self-involved, then enrol in classes at Zoe's new baking school. You'll be taught in small groups of 3-4 people and at the end of the day, you can take away your creations together with a certificate. Here are our top pick of the classes on offer.
