Lovely Leiths in London is running a Cake Pops class on Friday September 16, and I reckon it's the perfect activity to kick off a long-weekend hen bash. Hosting the class will be Juliet Sear of Fancy Nancy (who designs exquisite wedding cakes) and Christine Lee of Boo Lee Scrumptious (famed for her bespoke creations), who will show you how to make these super-tasty cakes, from dipping them to ribboning and wrapping them for a gorgeous finish.
