Kate Bosworth has confirmed her engagement to Michael Polish on Twitter, sharing a picture of her vintage-inspired ring with her followers.
"This photo was taken by my husband-to-be! Thank you all for the wonderful engagement wishes... We feel truly blessed," wrote the 29-year-old actress wrote.

Kate Bosworth is engaged! Or at least she has taken to calling her 41-year-old beau, director Michael Polish, her 'fiancé'.

Writing in her travel blog for Vogue, the actress has been sharing her latest trip to Seoul: "On our first day in Seoul, my fiancé, Michael Polish, and I venture out to discover Changdeokgung Palace."
If this is an official engagement announcement, she certainly has played it very cool indeed - but what else could we expect from the fashionista?
Kate and Michael were first spotted as a couple in August last year when they attended a Coldplay concert together.
Since then the 'Big Sur' director and his leading lady have been inseparable.
Polish tweeted earlier this week: "August 4, 2012... What dreams are made of @katebosworth," leading us to believe that is when he poped the question.
There has been no official confirmation of an engagement otherwise. We can however imagine the actress in a very laid-back and unabashedly stylish wedding.
