Comments

  • Hi there, I used Prezola for our wedding gift list. Although it seemed straightforward - it really wasn't and we had presents appear that our gift list said no-one had bought! So we had to contact them to do some detective work into finding out who bought us what. We also ended up with duplicates of some items. We also had issues with the monetary gifts - as it's done through PayPal as a 'purchase', like a voucher - we were docked 3.4% (or something similar) for each gift... so we ended up losing up to £3 per gift! No cool. And non reversible. Although the customer care is friendly, I can't say I'd recommend it...
