In a moving ceremony officiated by Queen Latifah, 33 couples proved they all share the "Same Love" when they exchanged vows in front of thousands.

WEDDING-WORTHY GOWNS FROM THE RED CARPET

The couples were a mix of gay and straight, young and old, further illustrating the point that all love is the same.

"We are gathered here to celebrate love and harmony in every key and every color," Queen Latifah declared before directing the couples to exchange rings while standing in the celebrity-packed audience.

Serenaded by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, who sang their hit "Same Love" with help from Mary Lambert and Trombone Shorty, emotions were running high and many fought back tears.

Afterward, Madonna stepped through a neon altar while dressed in a white suit to serenade the newlyweds (and the world) with a heartfelt rendition of her 1986 hit "Open Your Heart."
