This weekend saw the return of Brides The Show, and we hope you will agree as we do that it was a huge success.
Thousands of brides-to-be flocked to Battersea Evolution for the spring edition of Brides The Show, taking in the wonderful exhibitors and beautifully styled events we put on.
From dazzling shoes to show-stopping cakes, creative floral displays and practical gems, too, the weekend was alive with the buzz of the best of the bridal world coming together under one twinkly star-lit roof.
As always, the catwalk shows were a big focal point, inspiring and indulging show-goers in equal measure with the drama and opulence of the Dresses with Drama show, and the sultry romance of the Roman Holiday starlets.
Joining the Brides team On The Sofa were top names including wedding planner extraordinaire Bruce Russell, Brides contributor and photogragher Nichole Rees, top stylist Marianne Cotterill, among others, as well as The V&A's Curator of Textiles and Fashion Edwina Ehrman, who was in conversation with bridal designer Ian Stuart.
Create décor details were truly brought to life in the Imagination Room as some of the most creative talents in the industry shared their DIY know-how with grace and charm.
We also had some truly amazing giveaways going on... We gave away over £5,000 of luxury prizes on the hour, every hour.
Stationed at the Brides stand were the Perfect10 team, giving brides free manis ahead of having their engagement rings snapped for our other competition, hoping to win £4,000 worth of Beaverbrooks bands.
Also on display on the Brides stand was the £5,000 Ian Stuart wedding dress the nation's men told us they'd love you to wear.
Our Art With A Heart exhibition was also a big crowd-pleaser; the live auction in aid of the British Heart Foundation got off to a buzzing start.
If you were following us on Instagram you will know we went a bit insta-mad, but we'll be bringing you a few of our highlights soon.
And those that missed out will be pleased to hear that we will be back in October, with a whole new host of ideas (and a new venue!) and tons more inspiration.
