You will undoubtedly have heard that Peaches Geldof has died at the young age of 25.
Her father, Bob Geldof, released a heartbreaking message yesterday to confirm the news:
"Peaches has died," he wrote, "we are beyond pain. She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us. Writing 'was' destroys me afresh. What a beautiful child. How is this possible that we will not see her again? How is that bearable? We loved her and will cherish her forever. How sad that sentence is. Tom and her sons Astala and Phaedra will always belong in our family, fractured so often, but never broken."
The cause of her death is still unknown.
She was the daughter of musician Bob Geldof and the late TV presenter Paula Yates, mother of Astala, one, and Phaedra who will celebrate his first birthday later this month.
Peaches will be remembered in many ways; tributes from the celebrity world have already started flooding Twitter.
We will remember her as a doting mother and beautiful bride...
She married Thomas Cohen, father of her two children, at an intimate ceremony in September 2012.
St Mary Magdalene and St Lawrence Church in Kent hosted their do, as it did her parent's wedding and later on her mother's funeral.
The beautiful bride wore not one, but three custom-made Alberta Ferretti wedding dresses throughout the day. She had seven bridesmaids including her sisters Fifi Trixibelle, Pixie and Tiger Lily.
Also taking part in the celebrations was their then puppy retriever, Parper, who was the ring bearer.
The wedding reception was held on the grounds of her idyllic childhood home, Davington Priory, where Sir Bob Geldof still lives.
Our thoughts go out to her family and all who loved her.
