Never one to stick to the norm, Houghton designer Katharine Polk showed The Houghton girls film instead of a traditional presentation or catwalk.
The film was made with a group of her best friends, and in it they candidly talk about their life pressures while wearing pieces from the new collection.
Blurring the lines between ready-to-wear and bridal is what Houghton does best and this didn't disappoint. From a printed 'Hopeless Romantic' leather biker jacket over sheath-like lace to an embroidered baseball jacket over a full tulle skirt, the collection highlights include a double breasted ivory satin tux, a mermaid sequinned camisole, and a romantic crystal covered blush drop shoulder dress.
Unconventional, certainly, but a collection for every bride.
