Love Blossoms

We met when Kelly moved to the Isle of Man four years ago and have been inseparable ever since. In the run up to our big day we spent most of our time picking songs for the string quartet. Walking down the aisle to them was one of the highlights. We are both big lovers of music, so we made our reception Motown-themed. We handmade all of our table plan and numbers to go with our Motown singer in the evening, too. Being a former Irish dancer myself, we arranged for some dancers to really get the party started! With it being a spring wedding, we decided on muted colours: browns, creams and pale pinks. Lovely flowers were just starting to bloom in the grounds which added as special touch of budding romance. The grand hall had lots of candles and a real fire going in the corner to keep us all warm. We don't take ourselves too seriously, so being the centre of attention was quite nerve wracking - but I'm so delighted that everybody was there for the best day of our lives.
