Maria Makedonskaya, 26, and Anton Kurbatov, 27, both working in media industry, had a romantic beach wedding on French Riviera, Cap d’Antibes, four years after they met at university. Maria says: “For us a beach wedding was the only option that we could think of. Our love for the ocean and our passion for surfing have put us together, so feeling the sand beneath our feet and the sea breeze touching our skins. After some thinking we engaged Amoretti Weddings to research the perfect venue for us.. We were barefoot during the ceremony that was held on a beautiful private beach by the aisle decorated with dry tree branches, candles, lanterns and flowers.I had a bespoke dress from an Italian designer, Francesca Bertocchi. All the stationery, from invitations to table plan and the menus, were designed and made in the same style by Amoretti. Here is the only piece of advice we can give to any couple planning on getting married: Follow your heart and you will see you dream come true!!
