If you are looking to find out what products you need and don't want to speak to a stranger about it (hey, we've all been there) you can take advantage of the 27 on-the-counter iPads to guide you through your skincare requirements before printing off your skin 'wishlist' on the spot.

For the more of a 'hands on' shoppers out there, you can enjoy the Science Museum-style Experience Bar which brings a sensorial take on their products. Press a button to dispense a sample of your chosen merchandise and listen to the playful sounds - the 'shrinking' sound for the Pore Refining Serum, or water sounds for the moisturizing creams - for an added lighthearted element.
