No sky-high gym fees, no insane diet plan, just six weeks to the best body you've ever had - all in time for that aisle moment!

We asked you to reveal your biggest worries in the run-up to your wedding and having total body confidence was high on your list.

So, we've enlisted the help of bride-to-be and double Olympic Gold medallist Victoria Pendleton, who understands the pressure to look bridal-gown ready. 'I was always going to choose a Brit designer,' Victoria tells Brides. 'Hello, I'm Team GB! It would be rude not to. I thought I'd want a low-back bias cut in a simple fabric but it showed ever lump and bump, and didn't make me feel feminine or beautiful. So I've gone for a gorgeously understated dress with a vintage lace overlay.'

Once you've found your dream dress, Victoria's message is that fitness is for everyone, and that just a few simple changes to your daily routine can really help you to feel amazing in your wedding dress. As well as her great everyday tips, we've also enlisted the help of personal trainers Steve Mellor and James Osborn from Freedom3Train to create an exercise plan you will all be able to do.

Their advice about healthy eating combined with their effective workout will give you a physical and mental overhaul in just six weeks.

Complete the moves there to six times a week (it won't take more than 30 minutes at a time, so no excuses) - and that's it. The healthiest you ever.

Three steps to toned arms

Three moves for a pert bum
