We've enlisted the help of bride-to-be and double Olympic Gold medallist Victoria Pendleton to share her everyday tips to help fellow future brides. Along her great everyday tips, we've also recruited personal trainers Steve Mellor and James Osborn from Freedom2Train to create an exercise plan you will all be able to do.
First we look at legs...
Victoria says: "Running and cycling are great for your legs, but if you want definition you need to supplement this with resistance work - toning your thighs is all about squats, I'm afraid. The good news is that legs respond quickly to resistance work - you'll notice a difference in just a few weeks."
Steve and James's three steps to pretty pins:
Cycling is great alternative to running - there's less chance of injury, but your still targeting your glutes. Cycle four to five times a week for 26 minutes minimum and you will see a significant difference within a month.
Exercising your lower body with hill-sprints is a great way to burn calories, because you're working the biggest muscles in your body - your glutes
Squats are among the most effective exercises you can do, since they use all the muscle groups in your legs. Get your bum lower than your knees to target your glutes instead of your quads (thigh muscles).
