In northern Tanzania, Tarangire National Park is known as the place to see elephants.

Tarangire Treetops is built around a 700-year-old baobab tree, while the 20 tree-houses are wedged on stilts against marula trees.

The rooms are blissful yet simple, from the outside decking to the rustic bed. Each one has an open-plan bathroom with rain shower, plus tented, zip-able walls, offering bush views and natural air-con.
