Ingredients

1 stick celery

1/2 an avocado, peeled and stoned

Handful of fresh mint

Juice of 1 lime

1 banana, peeled

2 tbsp cashew nuts, soaked or cashew butter

300ml filtered water or coconut water

1 tsp Superboost powder

Protein powder (tailored amount in grams)

Method 

Cover the cashews in water & leave to soak for about 10 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.

Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and blitz until smooth. Add a little more water/coconut water if it is looking a little thick.
