Place a napkin right-side down and fold up the bottom edge. Tuck
a menu into the fold then fold the sides of the napkin back, behind
the menu. Punch a hole in a place card and attach to a small
starfish using ribbon. Place it on the napkin to direct a
guest to their seat.
