Inspired by the grandiose style of Mughal architecture in India, Sezincote is a domed fantasy hidden amid the Cotswold Hills.
If you crave a wedding that combines the allure of the East with the prettiness of the English countryside, this is the spot. The Orangery - lit by peacock-tail windows and overlooking Sezincote's Persian Garden of Paradise - is a gorgeous ceremony location.
The gardens are just as heavenly, with waterfalls and a temple to the Indian sun god.

The inspiration for the Brighton Royal Pavilion, this exotic-looking house was built in 1810 in the heart of the Cotswolds.
The curved Orangery, pictured, with creeper-covered walls, frames the Persian Garden. Lit at night by flickering candles on a long table that lines the room, it's a very romantic choice.
Alternatively, you could pitch a marquee in the grounds. Surrounded by 5,000 acres and overlooking an ornamental lake, it's a fabulous treasure.
