The utterly romantic Kensington Palace creates the perfect atmosphere for your special day. Located within the tranquil Kensington Gardens, the palace's orangery is one of the most beautiful in London. Built in 1704, Queen Anne originally intended to winter her orange trees here, but instead it was frequently used as a venue for lavish balls and celebrations. Opt for a summer wedding and enjoy long sunny evenings on the south-facing stone terrace, or hold a reception in the gardens. Alternatively, there are a number of wonderful spaces inside the palace available for evening hire, from the distinctive Cupola Room to the beautiful Entrance Hall. There are only a limited number of bookings per year, making Kensington Palace one of the most exclusive wedding venues in central London.
N.B. Unfortunately the orangery is due to close from December this year, so book quickly to avoid missing out on this truly special wedding location.
