The duo first crossed paths during acting class and have remained close since. Amy revealed to USA Today in 2008, "It's really important to have someone to remind you who you are. I'll run all over but come back to him, and I know who I am."
Their engagement was announced in 2008, but busy schedules kept pushing back the big day; "I've been really busy, and I feel like a horrible fiancée that I haven't gotten swept up in the whole idea of a wedding," the actress told Allure in 2009. "But I just haven't."

Hollywood actress Amy Adams is to marry her fiancé of seven years, Darren Le Gallo, this weekend, according to reports.
"Multiple sources" have confirmed to Page Six that the Big Eyes actress is planning a low-key, private ceremony in LA.
Amy previously revealed her wedding day ideals in conversation with Vanity Fair in 2013. Amy said, "we both have a very specific idea that we want to do this [the ceremony] in spring or fall, like in those months, but every time I'm busy working. I want something very family-oriented and laid-back."
On her husband-to-be, Adams told Vanity Fair: "I know he's completely capable and lovely, and beautiful, and offers something I could never hope to offer just in the nature of his being."
The couple met in 2002 at an acting class after she starred in Catch Me If You Can. They got engaged in 2008 and have a four year old daughter together, Aviana.
With Amy's exceptional red carpet style, we wonder what the new Mrs Le Gallo's dress will look like… OdC
