Give a simple black coffee a chic twist with indulgent golden chocolates.
Melt white chocolate chips and pour into a piping bag. Fill jewel-shaped moulds with equal amounts of white chocolate. To get rid of any air bubbles, tap the base firmly on the work surface several times and then place the chocolates in the fridge to set. Once set, paint on several layers of edible gold food paint - allowing each layer to dry - until you have a solid layer of gold.
