It's your very own French château… in Wales. Located on the Isle of Anglesey overlooking the Menai Strait - which separates Anglesey from the Welsh coast - Plas Rhianfa was modelled on the Renaissance château of the Loire Valley.

The original 19th-century owners fell in love with the fairytale turrets, and you'll doubtless be smitten by its circular, stone towers, glorious French-Gothic balconies and hand-painted ceilings.

The castle has been completely refurbished and the 21 rooms now combine French flair with contemporary style. The Grade-II listed gardens, wine cave and private jetty for dramatic waterborne arrivals complete the package.
