Restored and reopened in 2010, this Royal Society-owned, Grade I-listed Georgian manor is now available for weddings.

It played the part of Bletchley Park in the 2001 film Enigma, but there's no mystery to its appeal as a venue: a sweeping oak staircase, marble-pillared hallway, chic rooms and immaculate landscaped grounds.

The decor of the Grand Hall makes for an ultra-stylish reception.
