Surprise guests by adding marshmallow snowflakes to the after-dinner coffee. We used a recipe from Spread the marshmallow mixture about 1cm thick over a baking tray dusted with a mixture of icing sugar and cornflour. Once it has set, use a cutter greased with vegetable oil to create the shapes. Place these on greaseproof paper and dust with icing sugar.
