Nashville has long been a popular party choice, but don’t discount Music City as a honeymoon destination, especially now that the Dream Hotel set up shop. The 168-room hotel, with high-ceilings and art-deco design, opened in March 2019 in two landmarked buildings on the historic Printer’s Alley, one of Nashville’s most covetable addresses. If you and your honey keep music high on your list, look into booking the GuestHouse, a 1,400-square-foot penthouse on the 10th floor, or the Terrace Suite, which has its own outdoor grill and an on-call barbecue butler.

Each of its 45 guest rooms is made of sustainable materials and offers stunning views of the Pacific—most with their own private balcony. Characterized as unspoiled and idyllic, Nevis is filled with sandy beaches, volcanic hot springs, amazing wildlife, and lush landscapes. The Caribbean island spans a mere 36 square miles and was colonized by the British and French. The small terrain of the island translates to an intimate feel both on and off the property when you book a ‘moon at Paradise Beach, which recently introduced five new casual-meets-posh beach houses. Seriously, you’ll feel like you have the place all to yourself—because you will. The Balinese-inspired villas are raised on stilts over a private stretch of beach and boast high ceilings, marble indoor/outdoor rain showers, private plunge pools, and serene sea views.

There’s not too much info on the soon-to-be-opened Restoration Hardware Guesthouse (aka hotel concept) but it has both the retail and hospitality worlds buzzing. This new venture in hospitality, which, as of early 2020, is "nearly complete" according to New York City realty reports, is the first of its kind for furniture label RH and rumored to have only 14 rooms. What we do absolutely know is that if the brand new RH Gallery and rooftop restaurant that opened up just steps around the corner in NYC’s Meatpacking District is any indication, RH Guesthouse is sure to be super glam and over-the-top. And, of course, it's full of beautiful furniture, art, lighting installations, and other tchotchkes that will wow any design or décor-loving couple.

Hemingway. Matisse. Picasso. These are just a few of the historic figures who stayed at The Lutetia, a grand, historic respite in the City of Light. A recent acquisition by Set Hotels, the group known for the stunning Hotel Cafe Royal in London, this opulent Rive Gauche beauty is what Parisian honeymoon dreams are made of, especially since it’s just steps from the Parisian shopping mecca Le Bon Marché.

The hotel is finally open after an extensive renovation, and features handsome blue suites with luxe marble bathrooms and Hermès toiletries—many chambres here also feature Eiffel Tower views—making this the crême de la crême of recent Parisian hotel openings. Its 1920s-inspired jazz cocktail bar, Bar Josephine, is reason enough to visit even if you don’t plan on staying, as is the gigantic subterranean spa serving up some of Paris’s most innovative and restorative treatments in the finest of settings.
