Drumtochty Castle

Crack out the kilts and roll out the bagpipes for a proper Scottish castle wedding - and, yes, there's even a loch.

Dating back to 1812, the neo-gothic Drumtochty Castle enjoys a magical location deep in the Highlands in the privacy of 350-acre woodland estate. Equally picturesque under the summer sun or blanketed in snow, the castle and grounds are exclusively yours when hired as a wedding venue.

For your wedding ceremony you can choose from a number of spots including the pretty St Palladius Church, just a short drive from the castle gates, one of the castle rooms, or even on the shores of the loch.

Afterwards, choose from either the elegant dining room or ballroom for your reception, where you can tuck into a feast featuring local fare, such as Orkney hot smoked salmon followed by Highland rib roast beef, before partying the night away at your private mansion for the night.
