Hannah Bronfman's wedding to Brendan Fallis took place in Morocco last weekend, and it was breathtaking to say the least! In fact, it was more than just a wedding: Brendan, 37, a DJ and entrepreneur, and Hannah, 29, founder of HBFIT and also a DJ, celebrated with a four-day fete in Marrakech, Morocco. “We considered many places before deciding on Marrakech,” Hannah says, “but then we completely fell in love with Morocco—the people, the food, the colors, and the vibe.”

Over the course of the multiday event, the bride and groom hosted a multitude of parties, like a Moroccan-themed dinner and a desert dance sesh, and Hannah rocked at least eight dream dresses, ranging from an over-the-top princess gown to a timeless custom-made Vera Wang. So if these photos are any indication, we're going to go ahead and call it a fashion-and-fun-filled four days in Morocco. (Where was our invite, Hannah?)

The festivities kicked off on Thursday evening, with a welcome dinner (for family) and cocktails (for everyone) at Le Palace, a restaurant in Marrakech. This is where Hannah made her first bridal fashion statement, in a chic black-and-white jumpsuit by Johanna Ortiz and vintage (statement!) earrings by Valentino. The bride's fashionable squad, including Kelly Framel of the Glamourai, joined in the night's events, which included late-night clubbing for all. "We had a tennis tournament organized the next morning, and I think seven of the 80 people who had signed up actually showed up," Brendan says, laughing.

Hannah and Brendan fully embraced Morocco's culture on Friday night; they held their rehearsal dinner at a traditional riad and asked their guests to wear Moroccan attire. "Everyone really just balled out in Moroccan, which we thought would be a nice icebreaker for everyone," Hannah says. The bride looked stunning in a tan gown by Cucculelli Shaheen that was hand beaded to show the constellations in the sky that night, while Brendan looked Moroccan-chic in an all-black outfit that he had purchased at a souk in the city. Hannah accessorized with jewels and a clutch from Bulgari.

After a dinner of Moroccan cuisine and toasts from the couple's inner circle, Brendan's dad played a video he had produced. "He came up with the idea to have videographers go around to interview all of our family members," Brendan says. The result was a montage of their friends and family sharing their first impressions of the couple, as well as advice for marriage and life. "I was a mess. I was bawling," Hannah says. "It was so awesome and so cool."

Prior to the wedding ceremony, Hannah spent time getting ready with her mother, Sherry Bronfman, and her five bridesmaids, who wore custom dresses by Galvan London.

On Saturday, May 20, Hannah and Brendan officially exchanged vows in an outdoor ceremony at La Mamounia, a palace-like resort with expansive gardens. For their morning ceremony, Hannah and Brendan honored the natural beauty of the location by hosting the ceremony in a magical spot that overlooked the property’s lush gardens. (There are a long row of olive trees and tons of rose bushes.)

Everyone told us that the day goes by quickly, so I wanted to maximize it with a morning ceremony and have time for us to have a moment to ourselves.

Michael Friedman, Brendan’s dear friend, officiated a ceremony that was more spiritual than religious. "He even called out that there was someone in the audience from each continent," Brendan says.

Flanked by their squads, the couple exchanged their handwritten vows under a canopy of white quince blossoms. "Everyone said that Brendan won the vows," Hannah admits. And Brendan agrees: "I had the tearjerker. I got almost every guy crying. The women are easier to get an emotional rise out of, but even Hannah’s dad said he cried."

The bride wore a custom Vera Wang gown; she worked with the designer herself at the label’s flagship salon in New York City. “I love the sweetheart bustier. It’s very elegant and timeless,” Hannah says, and that's exactly how she looked walking down the aisle to an instrumental version of “Crimson and Clover” on the arm of her father, financier Edgar Bronfman Jr. Rhinestone sandals (designed by Manolo Blahnik) and a pearl-embellished birdcage veil (created by Gigi Burris) completed Hannah's custom look.

Custom Wedding Bands

Originally, Brendan picked out wedding bands for both himself and Hannah—but Hannah made him go back to the store with her. "I thought it was something we should do together, but of course the ones he picked were my favorites," she says. Hannah decided to add two pavé bands to her Monique Péan engagement ring, and Brendan got a classic band in rose gold. As a special touch, they engraved each with "HBF"—they share the B initial—and the infinity symbol.

Immediately following the morning’s events, the couple took time to relish their newly married status: “Right after our ceremony, we went to lunch—just the two of us—off property,” Hannah says. “Everyone told us that the day goes by quickly, so I wanted to maximize it with a morning ceremony and have time for us to have a moment to ourselves.”

Over lunch on a private terrace at Royal Mansour, Hannah and Brendan toasted with a bottle of rosé and exchanged wedding gifts. And just as they were with their wedding bands, the couple was on the same page again: Brendan presented Hannah with a sapphire-and-diamond ring from the 1920s, and Hannah gave Brendan a vintage Patek Phillipe watch from the '60s.

After enjoying their full wedding day, the newlyweds changed into their most dramatic looks for the weekend's biggest party: the wedding reception! Hannah wore an Elie Saab gown, which featured a skirt of rows and rows of tulle and a crystal-beaded bodice. "My Elie Saab couldn't be more different than the Vera, and that's what I love about it," Hannah says. "It's grand and embellished, and I wanted that over-the-top moment." A tight updo, floral headpiece, and a personalized clutch (by Sarah's Bag) completed her totally princess-like bridal look. Brendan, meanwhile, went with a classic black-and-white tux.

At dinner, Hannah, Brendan, and all of their guests sat at one long table topped with black linens, tall candelabras, and an abundance of red and pink flowers. The bride and groom actually worked with local artisans to create the black linens (with a red border) from scratch, their way of showcasing the work of Moroccan craftspeople. After a meal of ricotta ravioli and braised osso buco, Hannah and Brendan cut into a fruit-covered cake created by the pastry chef at La Mamounia.

The outdoor reception turned into a DJ-fueled dance party (obvi!) late in the evening. At this point, Hannah slipped away from the action to change into her third look of the day, a vintage Chanel couture dress that she found in Paris.

After an all-out rager on Saturday night, the bride and groom continued the party on Sunday with a poolside brunch. The bride looked amazing in a lace coat (featuring her new hubby’s last name!), a white high-waisted bikini, embellished sunglasses, Bulgari earrings, and a fresh mani. Everyone spent the day at the pool and stayed cool in Morocco's 100-plus temperatures by sipping Bloody Marys and floating around on pool floats in fun shapes (think watermelons and flamingos).

In true Moroccan fashion, the new couple hosted a final dinner in the desert at sunset. Guests sat at low tables inside a tent filled with wicker lanterns and comfy lounge furniture.

For the weekend's grand finale, the bride wore two statement pieces: a black-feathered cape (for dinner) and a gold-embellished jumpsuit (for dancing) that made her look like the disco queen that she is. "We meant to do the hora the night before, but it just didn’t happen, and I was not going to miss my opportunity to get put in a chair," Hannah says. "I’d been waiting my entire life for that moment!"
