Praise be to Victoria and David Beckham—celebrating 20 years of married bliss today and still just as fabulous as ever. Forever one of our favorite celebrity couples, these two British powerhouses, who were married on July 4th, 1999, are marking two decades of marriage today. To celebrate Victoria Beckham and David Beckham's anniversary, we're throwing it back to the day they said their "I dos," a.k.a. the poshest wedding of the '90s. (Pun intended.)

Twenty years ago today, Posh Spice and the British soccer superstar wed in the Luttrellstown Castle, a staggering estate that sits just outside of Dublin. Yes, an honest to goodness castle. You didn't think a woman with the word "Posh" in her name would have a wedding that was anything but, did you?

On the big day, the bride donned a truly epic wedding dress by designer Vera Wang. The stunning silk pleated ball gown featured a 20-foot train and sculpted neckline, and Victoria topped off the luxe look with, what else, but an 18K-gold tiara. The groom and the couple's first child, baby Brooklyn Beckham, matched the bride in all white ensembles, looking like a soccer-playing, pop-singing version of the royal family.

The tabloid-fodder couple managed to keep their ceremony intimate, with only 29 of their closest friends and family members witnessing their vows, according to Celebrity Bridal Guide. The romantic setting was decked out in rose petals and silver birch trees, and when the perfect pair said their "I do's," a dove was released and a flag reading V. B. D.—for Victoria, Brooklyn, and David, of course—was raised up above the castle.

The guest list for the Beckhams' reception was much longer, however, with a reported 230 guests filling the castle, including some of the bride's fellow Spice Girls. Geri Halliwell (Ginger Spice), Melanie Chisholm (Sporty Spice), and Melanie Brown (Scary Spice) were all there to celebrate Posh's new Mrs. status. The newlyweds sat atop a pair of golden thrones and changed into some daring purple reception garb, after sharing their first dance to "It Had To Be You."

Before bidding farewell to their guests, the Beckhams sliced into a tiered wedding cake with a sword, because of course. Oh, and then there was a fireworks show and balloon release, obviously.

Happy anniversary to the most fashionable couple we know. (We forgive you for those matching purple outfits.)
