It is with heavy hearts that we report today that Prince Harry and Cressida have split.
A friend close to the royal has said that the break up was 'very much an amicable one' and that they parted as friends.
It has been suggested that Harry 'dumped' Cressida because she had become 'too needy', but the allegation was denied by friends close to them.
Cressy, whom recently graduated from the Laban school of dance, is keen to focus on her career.
Harry is joining his brother, Prince William, in Tennessee this weekend as they attend the wedding of their close friend Guy Pelly.
We will remain hopefully of a Royal Wedding, having reminisced over the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's third wedding anniversary yesterday. Prince William and Kate Middleton split up for a while before they got really serious… so maybe Harry and Cressida are following suit? We can but hope…

A royal wedding is on the cards, according to E! News.
"Harry and Cressida have made a point of talking about marriage and what changes they're going to have to make to their life of late," the royal source told the website.
"According to friends of Cressida's, the couple have decided to try and keep their semi normal lifestyle as long as physically possible."
Apparently, Cressida is concerned that the couple will lose the "relative anonymity" they've enjoyed on their Chelsea dinner dates, but once they get engaged "things will get a little crazy".
Royal-mania veteran Kate Middleton is said to be giving the blonde dancer advice on coping with the limelight:
"She likes her very much and has offered her tips on how to keep her normality. Kate's been there and done it and, while she knows Cressida won't be as talked about and followed like she was, she needs to get a real slant on what happens."
Rumours have also reached our ears about a private engagement party being firmly underway, along with talks with the palace. Prince Harry doesn't want to become 'the sequel royal wedding'; Cressida wants to be in control of how and when the announcement is made.
"He's not half as important as William with regards to the throne and wants his privacy to reflect that," the source said.
"They want to be able to enjoy normality far more than Wills and Kate can. They're not surrounded by the protocol like the elder royals - they can sway the opinion as young royals. They both feel they deserve the chance to live out their married life in as normal a way as possible."
Pressure is on, Harry…

Ladies and gents, we have for you a princess (and a royal wedding) in the making!
This weekend saw not one, but two public appearances by Prince Harry and his girlfriend Cressida Bonas.
Despite dating for almost two years, the couple have rarely been seen together, sparking speculation around the strength of their relationship. This weekend shows a marked change in that respect, as they take their relationship in to the public realm.
On Sunday they enjoyed the Six Nations rugby match in the sunshine, while on Friday she accompanied Harry to Wembley Arena where he was making a speech at a We Day charity event.
Whilst a royal wedding may yet be a while off, this is at least progress. Watch this space!
