For a laid-back vibe at an overseas wedding, serve cocktails in coconut shells. To make them, cut the tops off coconuts, scoop out the flesh and fill with your favourite cocktail. Decorate with glacé cherries threaded onto paper umbrellas and wedges of pineapple. Finish with brightly coloured straws.
