The 7 Best Wedding Moments From 'Friends' We're Still Obsessing Over

The one where everyone says "I do."

We might be biased but our favorite episodes of 'Friends' all have one thing in common: the weddings! Between the ultra-90s wedding gowns, cringe-worthy moments (we're looking at you, Ross) and unforgettable love stories, we're reminiscing big time about the most amazing wedding moments we got over the years.

Besides, the show did kick off with one epic runaway bride in 1994! During its 10 years on air, we saw all six iconic characters walk down the aisle—some a few more than others (sorry again, Ross!). Our only regret was that we weren't invited to any of the nuptials, but we are so glad no one ever asked us to wear Rachel's hot pink bridesmaid's dress in real life!

From Chandler and Monica to Phoebe and Mike and a few others in between, we take a look back at the seven best wedding moments on "Friends." We bet you'll want to binge everyone's favorite sitcom ASAP!

The Pilot

Our "Friends" adventure begins with a wedding bang! After choosing not to become Mrs. Dr. Barry Farber, DDS, Rachel Green runs to old friend Monica Geller for help and storms into Central Perk. Doesn't get more '90s than her puffy dress and glorious headpiece. Twenty-something adventures, laughs, and our favorite "will they or won't they" romance of all time ensue, all thanks to the wedding that never was.

Not only was this such a heartfelt moment that saw Ross walking ex-wife Carol down the aisle to marry her true love Susan, but it was a groundbreaking TV event showing one of the first mainstream portrayals of gay marriage on television. The episode is also the first time we meet Dr. Drake Ramoray.

We've all been there, you're asked to be a bridesmaid, all seems OK, and then comes the dress. Revisiting the events of the Pilot, Rachel faced her fears and served as a bridesmaid at former fiancé Barry's wedding to her former best friend Mindy (why they recast the role originated by Dirty Dancing star Jennifer Grey is beyond us). Her "Pepto Bismol" pink dress with matching hat led to this wonderful joke: "I'm sorry, we don't have your sheep." Thanks, Chandler.

The One with Ross's Wedding

"I Ross, take thee, Rachel..." Brides and grooms everywhere take note: saying the wrong name at the altar is the ultimate wedding faux-pas. Ross headed down the aisle to marry Emily with thoughts of Rachel Green in his head and wound up uttering the wrong lady's name as he said his vows. Emily went through with the nuptials anyway to save face, but locked herself in the bathroom for the rest of the night and Ross famously headed to divorce number two.

OK, maybe Ross and Rachel don't make the case for a drunken Vegas elopement, but come on..."Well, hello Mrs. Ross." and "Well, hello Mr. Rachel" has to be one of the best post-wedding greetings of all time. Not to mention that this third wedding, and subsequent third divorce, earned Ross the nickname Ross, the Divorce Force.

The One With Monica and Chandler's Wedding

Classic, elegant, and perfectly planned, of course, that would be eternal type A icon Monica's wedding. A missing groom, pregnant bridesmaid, and WWI soldier-attired officiant didn't halt the union of the Bings.

The One with Phoebe's Wedding

Before they were Princess Consuela Banana Hammock and Crap Bag, Phoebe Buffay and Mike Hannigan tied the knot in a romantic outdoor winter wedding. Everything that can go wrong goes wrong for the couple and they still manage to make it down the aisle in spectacular, albeit cold, fashion—thanks to a little help from the best wedding planner of all time, Monica.
