Our Editor Jade Beer is all about the food, so naturally she'll be eating and drinking her way around Brides The Show. But, are her eyes bigger than her belly?

It's your big bridal day out. You're going to get hungry. You're going to get very thirsty. Let me help you with that. Here's how I intend to eat and drink my way around Brides The Show. Editor's tip: wear something loose!

Let's get started in style with a VIP brunch ticket that will set you up nicely for the day with crispy bacon and egg brioche with tomato and mushroom frittata. As a VIP you'll be eligible to pick up your goodie bag worth £135. Head to our VIP room, grab a bag and immediately polish off the box of Lindt chocolates waiting in there for you. Save the full size bottle of prosecco (a little gift from Goldsmiths) for later. After all that wedding planning, you may need it.

Now your belly is full, let's get cracking. Head to our live workshop sessions in the Imagination Room and decorate (then eat, natch) a cake pop with the Pop Bakery. Worried that won't tide you over until lunch? Then sign up for chocolate lollipop making (and eating) with Cocoa Crème.

Calories on board, it's time to walk the show! Make sure you take in our Very Modern Wedding Cake exhibit where you will see some of the most creative bridal bakes of all time. The Fabulous Baker Brothers are opening it for us on Friday night, so there's even some TV chefs on-hand too! Be blown away by our rainbow of meringues, a cake that thinks it's a dress, one that will give you your five a day (in sugar form!) and a sneak preview of the wedding cake Peggy Porschen has designed for Pippa Middleton's big day. Then enter to win your very own slice of bridal heaven, a £1,000 wedding cake from Choccywoccydoodah.

Toast all your hard work at the Prezola Bar with a glass or two of sparking English wine from Nyetimber, I'll probably see you there! On the subject of drinks, if you're coming to the show on Friday night then make your way to The Style Hub where JJ Whitley will be sampling some of the exquisite cocktails. I personally fancy the 'Daresbury Garden Party' concoction (elderflower gin and prosecco, garnished with a lemon twist) but there are three other free ones to choose from too.

No visit to Brides The Show should happen without a ticket to see our circus-inspired catwalk show, all styled by my fashion director Bryony Toogood. If you've bought a VIP ticket then you'll find some popcorn waiting on your seat for you. Either way, everyone can help themselves to our circus treats on the way into the show. Ice cream anyone?

Cake is something of a theme at Brides The Show and so as well as several incredible cake designers dotted throughout the event, you'll also need to visit our Whoopee Pie Wall. For a small donation to charity, you'll get to personally select one of these gooey meringue filled delights to nibble on, then check the colour coding because many of them will also be prize winners. You'll get your cake and be in with a chance of winning your wedding dress (and a whole host of other treats) too.

I don't know about you but I'm feeling pretty full!
