A five-day detox where you cut out dairy, wheat, caffeine, alcohol, sugar and salt might not sound like your idea of luxury, but this stylish Devon spa - named by Tatler as one of the world's top retreats - has turned wellness into an art form.
It helps that the vibe of this 18-century farmhouse is less 'health farm' and more 'boutique hotel' (with limited edition Rolling Stone prints, 1950's furniture and wood-burning stoves) and that the food (quinoa apple and hazelnut salad; steamed prawns with coriander, hummus and raw crackers) is organic and expertly prepared.
But don't be fooled: the daily two-hour Vinyasa Flow yoga sessions, tai chi, circuit training and breezy coastal hikes are as challenging as they are effective (and, thankfully, a daily sports massage is included).
Guests generally lose between five and 10lbs, gain bucket loads of energy, and leave with healthy habits to take on the honeymoon.
The Five-day Yeotox costs from £1,780 per person; www.yeotown.com
