Angelina Jolie has revealed her wedding day secrets in the latest issue of American Vanity Fair.
Brangelina, as Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are often referred to, tied the knot on August 23rd this year in the South of France after a (very) long engagement.
Angelina revealed that their kids - whom took on the role of wedding planners - helped her and Brad pen their vows.
The 39-year-old said: "They (the kids) did not expect us never to fight, but they always made us promise to say sorry if we do. So they said 'do you?' and we said: 'We do!'"
"It does feel different, it feels nice to be husband and wife."
The kids got involved in other ways, too: "There was no cake so Pax made a cake. The kids made little pillows for the rings and Knox practiced (being the ring bearer) with an acorn that kept falling off the pillow."
And the children weren't the only family members to play their part: Brad's mum doubled as a florist, too!
"Brad's mom went and picked some flowers and tied them up," said Angelina.
All in all, it sounds like a very touching family affair.

Only a week after news broke of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's wedding, their wedding pictures are being revealed!
In a joint world exclusive, People and Hello! are publishing pictures of the intimate ceremony and celebration. With the couple's dedication to philanthropy we have no doubt that the money they received from the images will go to a very worthy cause.
The pictures reveal what we long suspected and hoped for: an utterly perfect wedding.
Starting off with Angie's dress: an ivory silk gown designed by Luigi Massi, the master tailor at Atelier Versace. Jolie is a long-time fan of the designer, having worn a number of his gowns on the red carpet. This dress is of course special, not least because it was her wedding dress, but because it incorporated her children's artwork.
Yup, that's right. The back of her train and her veil were covered with colourful drawings made by Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Vivienne, Shiloh and Knox.
Jolie said: "Luigi is like family to me and I couldn't imagine anyone else making this dress. He knows and cares for the children and it was great fun putting it together."
Playing it a bit more low-key, Pitt wore one of his own suits, and reportedly had to borrow a tie from one of his sons because he forgot his own.
Jolie had previous spoken about how important this wedding was to their kids: "I tell you, the kids are so excited about the wedding...they like the idea of Mommy and Daddy getting married."
As a result, the ceremony was incredibly personal and family-focused: the children even helped their parents write their vows. Maddox, 13, and Pax, 10, walked mom down the aisle; Zahara, 9, and Vivienne, 6, served as flower girls (they threw petals from the garden); Shiloh, 8, and Knox, 6, were the ring bearers; and Pax baked the cake.
How perfect is that?

More details have emerged about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's wedding!
As was confirmed yesterday, the do was held at their sprawling French estate and involved their brood of six, but it was also witnessed by 22 lucky guests. The lucky few included Brad's parents and siblings.
According to E News! Angelina wore a white wedding dress for the occasion: "very traditional, but very Angie, it was comfortable but plain white floor-length antique lace and silk."
It is rumoured to have belonged to her late mother, Marcheline Bertrand. As a tribute to her mother, Angelina is said to have worn a small locked with a picture of her mother in it as well. Their venue - or marrying in France - was also deliberate, honouring a promise Angelina made to her mother before she passed away.
The timing couldn't have been better either: their wedding coincided with their 10-year anniversary of their meeting on the set of Mr & Mrs Smith.
Brad and Angelina's wedding rings are believed to have been designed by their good friend Robert Procop, who designed Angelina's stunning engagement ring. He is believed to have attended the wedding also.
Notably absent from the do was Angelina's father, the esteemed actor Jon Voight. In a comment to E! he said: "It sounds like it was a wonderful wedding. It must have been very beautiful with the kids participating. I know it was during Emmy weeks and they were able to do it very quietly. I'm very happy for them."
By the sounds of it, Brad's pal George Clooney didn't make the cut either. Being George though, he coolly congratulated them on Entertainment Tonight: "How great is that?! I'm really happy for Brad and Angie and their whole family." Such a gent.
After a short family honeymoon in Nice, the Jolie-Pitts headed to Malta on Wednesday to start shooting By The Sea, a film written and directed by the Oscar-winning actress, which she and her new husband will star in.

It's true! The news we've all been waiting for has been CONFIRMED: Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are officially man and wife.
The couple exchanged vows in a small chapel at a private ceremony attended by family and friends at Chateau Miraval, the couple's home in the village of Correns, France, on Saturday.
Pitt and Jolie had obtained a marriage license from a California judge, who then conducted the ceremony in France.
Little is known about the intimate do, aside from the fact that Angelina was escorted down the aisle by her eldest sons, Maddox and Pax, while two of her daughters, Zahara and Vivienne, threw flower petals whilst Shiloh and Knox served as ring bearers.
Brad showed off his wedding ring for the first time today at a photocall for his WWII movie Fury in Dorset.
The couple had long avoided questions about their wedding, stating time and time again that they hadn't even begun planning and would do it 'when it felt right'.
Jolie told People magazine earlier this year: "We will get married, and we're not in a rush, so we're just waiting for it to be the right time with the kids, with work, when it feels right."
"We all kind of think about how we imagine it or what it might be. So we've started to do that but we haven't made any definite plans. When we do it, it will feel like a great day for our family."
It certainly sounds like the couple kept true to their word. Congraulations to them! (Now can we please see some pictures?)

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are apparently hoping to book the biggest showbiz couple on the planet to sing at their wedding; Beyoncé and Jay Z!
The performance would certainly trump Lana Del Rey at Kim and Kanye's ceremony or Ellie Goulding at the royal wedding, but it seems that Brangelina are being led by the kids. An insider told Daily Star, "Brad told Bey and Jay, that their kids, especially Maddox - adore them." Awww! How could the stars say no?
Although these are still only rumours in the celeb wedding world, and as yet unconfirmed, there's hope yet that Bey and Jay will perform. The Daily Star source went on to explain; "They were flattered and said they'd do their best to fit it into their hectic schedule, depending on the date."
The where and when of Brad and Angelina's big day is still firmly under wraps, but we'll report back as soon as anything pops up on our wedding news radar! SH

It has been quite some time since we've heard anything about Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's pending nuptials, but the Maleficent star has revealed that she has enlisted the help of some of the most stylish people she knows to plan the big day.
Rather than employing a wedding planner, Brangelina have handed over their wedding plans to their kids.
"We are discussing it with the children and how they imagine it might be, which is verging on hysterical; how kids envision a wedding," the actress told People. "They will, in a way, be the wedding planners. It's going to be Disney or paintball - one or the other!"

Oh, Brangelina! How you like to toy with us…
First the rumours of a New Year wedding, then the summer do in France, the bizarre ship wedding plans, the 'already-wed-rumours' - and still we don't know when they will wed…
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were quizzed on their wedding plans on the red carpet of the Independent Spirit Awards on Saturday in Los Angeles, California.
When ask if she could say whether she and Brad were planning to marry in Paris, Angelina replied: "Sorry, I can't."
Brad was asked when he was planning to marry his long-term partner his (incredibly sexy) reply involved him putting his finger to his lips to say: "It's a secret."
Whilst that is enough to knock us sideways, a solid answer might have been nice, too. Guess we'll just have to wait and see!

Do you have something to tell us, Angelina?
The latest rumour surrounding Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's impending wedding is that it may have already taken place!
The actress was spotted on Bondi Beach this weekend with her children wearing a new ring on her wedding finger.
This isn't the first time she has been spotted wearing a gold band on that significant finger, but it is the first time she has been spotted wearing two rings. Is that a wedding ring we spy?
Brad allegedly spent more than $250,000 on during a visit to a jewellery store in Hong Kong last month.
Hollywood's highest-earning power couple have been embroiled in wedding rumours since their engagement was announced in April 2012. Following Angelina's mastectomy earlier this year it was believed the wedding would take place 'sooner rather than later', but now it also seems possible that the wedding - which was said to be a request from their large brood - might have already taken place.
So which is it, Angelina? Until we know for sure we will continue to dream and imagine what their big day will be like (and what she will wear...)

The word around town is that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's wedding is getting closer and closer.
So close in fact that Brad has flown to France with the sole purpose of putting the finishing touches on their wedding plans, according to X17.
The wedding is said to be taking place at the couple's Miraval vineyard estate near Brignoles, France.
A source from the town claims that local shops 'have been contacted for some supplies' and that the wedding is imminent now that they have 'finally finished construction on their property.'
Of course there are still plenty of options and rumours flying about. The Sun reported that the A-list couple made enquiries into the possibility of marrying aboard a Scottish ship, the Hebridean Princess, after their son Maddox suggested it.
Whatever they choose to do - we can't wait to find out what it is. And if you are finishing off those last details Brad, don't forget our invite.

Rumours of Angelina Jolie's pending wedding are running riot following the actress's announcement of her double mastectomy.
According to the MailOnline Angelina is 'keen' on a wedding and her kids are 'clamouring for a marriage and keep asking Brad and Angie when it's happening'.
Brad Pitt's production turmoil with his new film World War Z is said to have put their wedding planning on hold, but following Angelina's surgeries she has said it will "happen sooner rather than later."
The Mr and Mrs Smith star underwent the preventative procedures, which culminated on April 27 and took three months, to protect against her chance of developing cancer.
Jolie was told that she carried a 'faulty' BRAC1 gene which gave her an 87 per cent chance of contacting breast cancer and a 50 per cent chance of developing ovarian cancer. Following the surgeries her chances of developing the disease are under 5 per cent.
Writing an account of her experience in the New York Times she speaks of her determination to be proactive against the disease that took her mother away from her.
Paying tribute to Brad Pitt in the same article she has described him as "so loving and supportive."
"Brad was at the pink Lotus Breast Center, where I was treated, for every minute of the surgeries," wrote Angelina. "We managed to find moments to laugh together. We knew this was the right thing to do for our family and that it would bring us closer. And it has."
