If your honeymoon budget doesn't quite stretch to your epic list of must-sees, Dutch-born citizenM hotel chain is for you.
With the motto, 'Affordable luxury for the people', the chain promises 'absolutely no trouser presses, bellboys, or stupid pillow chocolates' - and the result is a slick, wonderfully relaxed honeymoon experience.
Forget five-star service - these are hotels where you check-in yourself via touch screens in the lobby, serve yourself in the 24-hour canteen and bar (sandwiches, salads, sushi in the day and hot comfort food by night), and control everything in your room - electric blinds, temperature and even the colour of the lights - via your personal remote control.
The bedrooms themselves are compact cubicles of cool that just about fit a super king-size bed, glass 'pod' rain shower, and furniture from design powerhouse Vitra.
