Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake's 2012 Wedding Was a Total Dream

This will always be one of our favorite celebrity weddings! To us, it seems like only yesterday that Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake said "I do" in the Italian countryside surrounded by family and friends—and with Jessica in a seriously trendsetting wedding dress. But today marks eight years since their 2012 nuptials. And if their red carpet PDA is any indication, the couple—now parents to five-year-old Silas—are still very much in the honeymoon phase. In honor of Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake's wedding anniversary today, we're reminiscing on their 2012 ceremony.

Around 100 guests were invited to spend the week with Biel and Timberlake in Puglia, Italy, to celebrate their wedding on October 19, 2012, with the star-heavy crowd gathering at the Borgo Egnazia resort in Puglia for the private over-the-top event. The white-stone, castle-like Borgo Egnazia offered the couple and their celebrity guests the utmost privacy. The 63-room, 28-villa luxury hotel feels like a mini-village and was tight on security, so guests didn't have to be nervous about the paparazzi.

Now, let's talk about that dress! On the big day, Jessica wowed everyone by foregoing with tradition and opting out of wearing white on her wedding day (we love a non-conformist bride!). The future Mrs. Timberlake walked down the aisle in a jaw-dropping, floating-on-air, petal-pink, custom-made Giambattista Valli Haute Couture gown. The veil, also created by Giambattista Valli, was encrusted with Biel's heirloom pearls, and Valli outfitted the entire wedding party (including the bride and groom's moms) in his gorgeous creations.

Meanwhile, the groom wore a custom Tom Ford tux that he helped design. Timberlake's groomsmen, the bride and groom's fathers, and the page boy, also wore Tom Ford.

As Biel walked down the aisle in her stunning pink dress she was serenaded by none other than—you guessed it—her ex-boy-bander husband! "It was an original piece I wrote specifically for the evening and for her," Timberlake told People at the time.

The star-studded guest list at the week-long celebration included Jimmy Fallon, Andy Samberg, Timbaland, and Beverley Mitchell, just to name a few. "It was a really special evening," Justin shared with People.

Marriage has suited the couple well, as they often gush over each other on Instagram, are the life of the party at other weddings they attend, and aren't shy about declaring their love. "I'm so proud of all you've accomplished and all that is ahead for you," Biel wrote to her husband on Instagram earlier this year. "Plus you're a super hot dad. A ninja dad. A kiddie teeth brushing, Jedi sleep mind tricking, intimidating dad voice disciplining SUPER HOT DAD. I love you, you hot dad.. I'm here, right by your side, OG fan girl #1."

The couple welcomed their first child, Silas, in 2015 and since then, their family Halloween costumes have been on point. How adorable were their Lego Movie themed get-ups from two years ago? But of course, they still always make time for date nights.
