In the concrete garden of a cool Chelsea gallery, giant paper anemones seemed to grow from the stone floor, surrounded by Lela Rose models, with a collection of 12 dresses focused on showcasing new fabrics, textures and modern embroidery techniques.
From an ivory two-tiered strapless trapeze dress smothered in organza petals, to a meticulously cut silk crepe and lace long sleeved dress with cut-out details, a nude waxed floral embroidered short dress with Watteau train (a train that comes from the upper back as opposed to the waist), to a simple yet grandiose strapless brocade column.
Simple silhouettes have been enhanced by beautiful details and clever craftsmanship. We love!
