Think of a wedding colour scheme and your mind might turn to Julia Roberts purring in a southern accent, “my colours are blush and bashful”, in the iconic chick flick Steel Magnolias. (If you haven’t seen it, you really need to!)
As much as we love the line, coming up with a wedding colour scheme sadly isn’t as simple as putting two shades together and calling it a day. So, it pays to not only choose your colour palette wisely, but also to take care how you use it. Think of your chosen shades as a guide rather than a rule.
