Boasting the UK's largest collection of bridal gowns, there's already reason enough to visit this year's National Wedding Show. However, besides rails of wedding dresses, a huge selection of cake suppliers, florists and venues, there are also some other hidden gems waiting to be discovered. We're talking about the Fairtrade Foundation's stunning bridal jewellery of course!
The Fairtrade Foundation supports the makers of bespoke luxury Fairtrade and Fairmined gold bridal jewellery created by amazing jewellers such as Stephen Webster, Pippa Small, Jon Dibben and Ingle & Rhode (pictured).
Cred (supported by Colin Firth's wife Livia, who wore the brand's Fairtrade gold on the Oscar's red carpet in 2011), is also on the Fairtrade Foundation's roster and the firm boasts the accolade of designing the world's first Fairtrade wedding ring. With over 40 engagement ring designs (set with ethical and diamonds and gemstones) and bespoke wedding rings to choose from at Cred alone - there's really no reason not to think Fairtrade on your wedding day.
