In conversation with Elle magazine, The Rum Diary actress - the film where she and Depp first met - explained that "nothing's really changed" since the couple got married earlier this year, and the transition from singles to newlyweds has been a "fairly organic process."
Though being the Mrs to one of the most famous actors in the world obviously has its challenging moments. Johnny Depp and his new bride Amber Heard celebrated their wedding in style this weekend - and said 'I do' again!
Following the small ceremony in LA earlier last week where the couple made it official, Johnny and Amber partied with 50 guests on the supremely romantic 45-acre Bahamas isle Little Hall's Pond Cay.
The pair reportedly dubbed the second leg of their nuptial celebrations a "wedding weekend." What a fabulous idea!
The gorgeous bride wore a flowing white gown by Stella McCartney to say 'I do' on Amber Beach (That's right! The beach is named after the actress). Express reported the weekend had a relaxed feel, quoting a guest who said: "Amber did her own hair and make-up and Johnny was as laid-back as usual."
Adding, "But there has been a genuine glow about them since Wednesday, when they officially became man and wife."
Guests included his two children from his relationship with Vanessa Paradis, Lily-Rose, 15, and Jack, 12, and British actor and Mortdecai co-star Paul Bettany.
Congratulations to the happy couple! SH

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard have tied the knot!
The pair married in a small ceremony at their home in Los Angeles on Tuesday, according to People magazine.
But the excitement isn't over yet! A bigger wedding is still on the cards for the weekend on the 51-year-old's private island, Little Hall's Pond Cay in the Bahamas. With this multi-location wedding, the newlyweds seem to be taking inspiration from George and Amal's marathon celebrations last year.
Amal certainly set the bar high for chic bridal style, making us wonder what will the gorgeous Amber, 28, wear for the main event this weekend? Stay tuned! SH

Can you imagine Johnny Depp and Amber Heard having a big glitzy Hollywood wedding? Neither can we. And by the sounds of it, neither can they.
The couple who only recently announced their engagement are said to already be planning their wedding - and it sounds like a Pirates of the Caribbean-affair!
Tabloid reports are saying that the couple plan to wed at an intimate ceremony on his private island in the Bahamas with a barbecue reception.
According to the Daily Star they are "having a small intimate ceremony barefoot on the beach in Little Hall's Pond Cay. Afterwards they'll have a barbecue where some of Johnny's musician pals are going to perform, followed by limbo dancing."
Sounds great! Can we come?
