Monique Lhuillier

Monique's designs capture the essence of femininity, allure and glamour, not only making  her work renowned in the world of design but ensuring every bride that wears one of her gowns feels incredible on their wedding day. Influenced by fashion, Monique moved to LA at a young age to devote time to her craft and attended the Fashion Institute for Design and Merchandising. Celebrity fans include Emma Stone, Blake Lively and Sandra Bullock, and she's been a member of the Council of Fashion Designers of America since 2003.

Mira Zwillinger

Established in 1991, Mira Zwillinger is an international luxury evening and bridal wear fashion house based in Tel Aviv. Mira, along with her daughter Lihi, creates couture dresses, sourcing the finest fabrics and materials and meticulously handcrafting each unique gown with embroidery, beading, and ornamentation. With the added benefit of being lightweight and comfortable, brides can dance their night away without compromising on style.

Galia Lahav

For every bride looking to make a luxurious statement on their big day, there's Galia Lahav. Born in Russia to a family of seamstresses, it's Galia's illusion back gowns and cascading silk tulle skirts that have made her a household name in bridal couture. With every dress made by hand using luxury sewing techniques by the top seamstresses in Israel, Galia's gowns redefine bridal fashion.

Romona Keveza

Internationally renowned Romona Keveza founded her bridal line in 1999. 17 years later, her signature collection continues to embody luxury. Her dresses summon glamorous icons such as Grace Kelly, Audrey Hepburn and Jackie Kennedy and today, her striking gowns are seen adorning equally glamorous A-list stars including Angelina Jolie, Nicole Kidman and Lady Gaga.

Tony Ward

Tony Ward transformed his family's couture house, established by his father in 1952, into an international brand after deepening his own knowledge of design working for big brands such as Dior, Chloé, and Lanvin. So, it's no surprise his bridal gowns are unrivalled in cut and fit. Aptly named 'The Architect of Detail', Tony draws his inspiration from contemporary architecture. Expect sculptural forms and innovative techniques that play with the boundaries of light and transparency.

Elizabeth Fillmore

Elizabeth graduated from Parsons School of Design in New York in 1993 and has been designing stunning collections ever since. After several years creating high-end evening pieces, she was urged by the fashion director of Saks Fifth avenue to start a bridal collection. Focusing on slender bias cuts with graceful draping accents, chic fitted hourglass gowns and ethereal empire silhouettes, Elizabeth works with top-quality French and Italian silks to create sophisticated yet bohemian dresses.

Ines Di Santo

Using couture techniques, Ines plays to the feminine side of a woman's beauty in both her bridal and evening collections. Raised in Buenos Aires by parents who encouraged her interest in the arts, Ines studied both fine art and design in Argentina and Milan before turning creator of some of the world's most glamorous and dazzlingly romantic wedding gowns. Today Ines is joined by her daughter Veronica who brings her own relaxed, youthful energy to the collections.

Tom and Henry Herbert (Tom the baker, Henry the chef and butcher) are famous for their wacky baking recipes - there's never a dull cupcake in sight when it comes to these two. And this brand new bread cake is no exception. Expect a tower of 24 loaves standing at over a metre high made from sourdough, spelt, fig, walnut bread and more. There's even love spoons, painted bread hearts and a bridal butter whisk because, well, they can! You'll also be able to find out more about Tom and Henry's bread making courses at their (equally as fabulous) bakery: Hobbs House (hobbshousebakery.co.uk)

When can you meet them? Get yourselves down to the show on the Friday night at 5:00pm to the cake exhibition. They'll even be announcing a very special competition where you can win a wedding cake worth £1,000 from Choccywoccydoodah. Excited? So are we!

The Foodie Girl's Guide To Brides The Show 2016

Our Editor Jade Beer is all about the food, so naturally she'll be eating and drinking her way around Brides The Show. But, are her eyes bigger than her belly?

It's your big bridal day out. You're going to get hungry. You're going to get very thirsty. Let me help you with that. Here's how I intend to eat and drink my way around Brides The Show. Editor's tip: wear something loose!

BUY TICKETS TO BRIDES THE SHOW 2016

Let's get started in style with a VIP brunch ticket that will set you up nicely for the day with crispy bacon and egg brioche with tomato and mushroom frittata. As a VIP you'll be eligible to pick up your goodie bag worth £135. Head to our VIP room, grab a bag and immediately polish off the box of Lindt chocolates waiting in there for you. Save the full size bottle of prosecco (a little gift from Goldsmiths) for later. After all that wedding planning, you may need it.

Now your belly is full, let's get cracking. Head to our live workshop sessions in the Imagination Room and decorate (then eat, natch) a cake pop with the Pop Bakery. Worried that won't tide you over until lunch? Then sign up for chocolate lollipop making (and eating) with Cocoa Crème

THE FASHION GIRL'S GUIDE TO BRIDES THE SHOW 2016

Calories on board, it's time to walk the show! Make sure you take in our Very Modern Wedding Cake exhibit where you will see some of the most creative bridal bakes of all time. The Fabulous Baker Brothers are opening it for us on Friday night, so there's even some TV chefs on-hand too! Be blown away by our rainbow of meringues, a cake that thinks it's a dress, one that will give you your five a day (in sugar form!) and a sneak preview of the wedding cake Peggy Porschen has designed for Pippa Middleton's big day. Then enter to win your very own slice of bridal heaven, a £1,000 wedding cake from Choccywoccydoodah

Toast all your hard work at the Prezola Bar with a glass or two of sparking English wine from Nyetimber, I'll probably see you there! On the subject of drinks, if you're coming to the show on Friday night then make your way to The Style Hub where JJ Whitley will be sampling some of the exquisite cocktails. I personally fancy the 'Daresbury Garden Party' concoction (elderflower gin and prosecco, garnished with a lemon twist) but there are three other free ones to choose from too.

No visit to Brides The Show should happen without a ticket to see our circus-inspired catwalk show, all styled by my fashion director Bryony Toogood. If you've bought a VIP ticket then you'll find some popcorn waiting on your seat for you. Either way, everyone can help themselves to our circus treats on the way into the show. Ice cream anyone?

Cake is something of a theme at Brides The Show and so as well as several incredible cake designers dotted throughout the event, you'll also need to visit our Whoopee Pie Wall. For a small donation to charity, you'll get to personally select one of these gooey meringue filled delights to nibble on, then check the colour coding because many of them will also be prize winners. You'll get your cake and be in with a chance of winning your wedding dress (and a whole host of other treats) too.

I don't know about you but I'm feeling pretty full!
