The biggest wedding of the year, Pippa Middleton and James Matthews' nuptials, had the world watching. If Brides The Show, the UK'S most luxurious wedding fair, isn't enough to help plan your own fairytale big day, we've got some very exciting news for you.
Pippa and James' official wedding photographer Matt Porteous is coming to Brides The Show 2017, alongside Giles Deacon, the British designer behind Pippa's stunning wedding dress.
You'll have a chance to network with one of the most sought-after wedding photographers in the UK, plus you can enter a competition to win Matt as your own wedding photographer.
Pippa's wedding wasn't Matt's first foray into the royal circle: for Prince George's third birthday, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge commissioned a series of portraits snapped by Matt at their home in Norfolk.
Ready to secure your chance to win your wedding photographs from an official royal photographer? Book your tickets to Brides The Show 2017 now.
Just when you thought Brides The Show, the UK's most luxurious wedding fair, couldn't get any better, it does: Giles Deacon is confirmed for the 2017 show.
If you think you've heard of Giles Deacon before, you'd be right: not only one of Britain's most successful homegrown design talents, he's the man who made Pippa Middleton's already iconic wedding dress for her wedding in May 2017.
An exclusive exhibiton of Giles's couture gowns will be on display - think that quintessential bohemian British style you've always wanted to emulate. And, it's not just for the bride: there'll be couture inspiration for your mum and your maids and of course your guests, too. What's more, watch Giles in conversation with Brides Editor Jade Beer, and ask him your burning fashion questions, on Friday 29th September.
'Brides The Show is THE place to come and get inspired and to see the best of every aspect of a wedding day from the planning, to the flowers and of course the dresses,' says Giles.
We've teamed up with the experts at The Turquoise Holiday Company to bring you the ultimate competition: simply impress us on screen for 60 seconds at the Brides magazine stand at Brides The Show 2017, and you could be in with a chance to go on assignment for seven nights to the dreamy Indian Ocean isle, including all flights and speedboat transfers.
All you have to do is pay £2 to enter (100% of the profits will go to our chosen charity, Make-A-Wish), successfully complete our travel challenge (either as a couple, or solo if your partner isn't at the Show), and tell us why you should be our reporting couple!
Where will you be reporting from? The stunning Six Senses Laamu, one of the most lusted-after five-star private islands in the Indian Ocean. You'll spend your time experiencing everything the resort has to offer (you'll be hosted on a full-board basis, so get eating).
We'll want to know exactly what you're getting up to every day, so via a mini-video or a blog post on bridesmagazine.co.uk, our readers will hear about you snorkelling in the crystal-clear ocean, sipping cocktails at Chill bar, floating in the pool in your Lagoon Water Villa, checking out the slick spa, or maybe having a private dinner for two on a castaway sandbank. This is the kind of prize honeymoon dreams are made of… see you at the show!
