Expert cake designer Rosalind Miller has been very busy of late. Not only has the baker joined forces with Harrods to create a new range of wedding cakes exclusively for the luxury London retailer, but she is also releasing her first book on wedding cakes, too.
But more on her book later - right now we are thrilled with her exclusive line of wedding cakes, available at Harrods' iconic Food Halls now.
The new range of cakes includes Rosalind's show-stopping signature Marie Antoinette creation, alongside three new designs and a further two celebration cakes (single-tiered treats suitable for all occasions).
Not only are the designs new, the flavours are too: Honey and pistachio cake with a honey and pistachio Swiss meringue buttercream filling; Coconut cake with lime Swiss meringue buttercream; Fig cake soaked with honey syrup, and honey and walnut Swiss meringue buttercream filling. Don't they all sound scrummy?
Her debut book, Wedding Cakes, is out next month.
