For a modern finish to your wedding cake, stencil on a bow using a light dusting of icing sugar.
Using a ruler and pencil, draw a bow on to a sheet of tracing paper. With scissors, cut out the areas that will be dusted with icing sugar - you can use a scalpel for the more fiddly parts. Lay your stencil over the cake and dust with icing sugar. Lift off in one movement to stop the icing sugar spilling to other areas.
